How I photograph a wedding
For couples who care about how their day felt as well as how it looked.
A photograph can show you what happened. The ones I care about bring back the feeling of being there.
Most of the day, I photograph what happens without interrupting. For portraits like this one, I’ll help with the light and offer a little direction. There’s room for both the moments you didn’t notice and photographs you take a few minutes to make together.

Hey, I’m Lewis.
I’m a York wedding photographer with a documentary approach and an editorial eye. I’m interested in the obvious moments, and everything happening around them.
